Creaty Soft Ltd operates the BatonX promotional website and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@creatysoft.com. This notice covers our promotional website and related enquiries, not use of the BatonX product.
Information we use
If you email us, we use your email address, name (if provided) and the information in your message to respond to and manage your enquiry. Where a pilot enquiry form is enabled, we also use the name, work email, organisation, role, team size, agent/provider, deployment interest and optional pilot objective you submit, together with your privacy acknowledgement, to assess and respond to your request. You do not need to submit an enquiry to browse the website.
Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver, maintain and protect the website.
Why we use it
We rely on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and operating a reliable, secure website, while taking your rights into account. We do not use enquiry details for marketing emails, sell personal information or carry out automated decisions about you.
Cookies and tracking
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits. Google processes analytics cookie identifiers and technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details. We send page information without form entries or URL query strings; enquiry and privacy pages are excluded. Google may process information outside your country under its applicable data-processing terms. Analytics stays off until you accept, and you can decline or withdraw your choice through Privacy preferences. Your choice is stored in a necessary first-party cookie for up to six months. We do not enable advertising personalisation.
If you enter website preview mode, a session cookie or browser session storage remembers that choice until the browser session ends or you leave preview mode. This is not used for marketing or analytics.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on the enquiry form to help prevent automated spam. Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and interactions with the verification, and may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. Verification tokens are sent to Formspree to validate the submission.
Service providers and retention
Our hosting and email service providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law. We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and any related follow-up or legal requirements. Technical records are retained according to applicable hosting and security settings and requirements.
Where pilot form delivery is enabled, submitted enquiry details are sent through Formspree to our configured enquiry mailbox.
